We aim to provide a high standard of care at all times. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service you receive from any member of the practice team, please contact either Dr Singh or the Practice Manager who will acknowledge your letter within 48 hours.
If you are not happy going directly to Dr Singh with your complaint you can complain to the commissioner of that service. NHS England commissions most primary care services including GP services. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org
